Teofisto de Lara Guingona III or TG, (born April 19, 1959) is a Filipino politician.

In 2004, he has been elected to two terms in the House of Representatives of the Philippines, as the Representative from the Second District of Bukidnon. He is currently a member of the Liberal Party.
Guingona ran for senator under the Liberal Party lineup. His advocacy is to protect the government funds from corrupt officials. Thus, conveying his tag line, "Galit sa buwaya!" (Angry to crocodiles.). Guingona placed 12th in the senatorial slate. He took oath on June 30, 2010.
He is married to Ma. Victoria Guingona. His father, Teofisto Guingona, Jr., was the 13th Vice President of the Philippines, serving from 2001 to 2004, and a former Senator, serving from 1998 to 2001. His grandfather, Teofisto Guingona, Sr., was a former assemblyman, senator, judge and commissioner of Mindanao and Sulu during the American period
